Birth Package Fee for Midwifery Care is Individualized and Flexible!
The Birth Package Includes:

It is our desire to serve our neighbors and immediate community with honor. There are many people who truly desire a home birth and money should not be the deciding factor for choosing where, or with whom, you will give birth. Sliding scale prices are applicable for those who qualify.
If you are a self-pay client talk to us about our 10% discount for those who pay in full by the second visit. If you cannot pay in full, payment plans are available. Call us and we can discuss your situation.
Sliding scale prices do not include lab work, birth kit or tub rental and no additional discounts apply to sliding scale prices.
Additional Fees
A $500 deposit is required by the second visit for services to be secured.
A $100 fee will be added for all clients who live 1 hour away.
A $200 fee will be added for all clients who live 2+ hours away.
CPM/LM care in Montana is occasionally covered by some insurances, but is generally self pay. Your birth fee is asked to be paid prior to 36 weeks. If you have insurance you feel will reimburse you, then our policy is for you to pay in full upfront by 36 weeks and any reimbursement will be given to you after the birth and filing.
We do encourage our families to consider Christian Healthcare Ministries and Samaritan Ministries both of which cover ALL COSTS for a CPM or LM attended home birth and will reimburse what you have already paid in.
Please consider these services if you plan to become pregnant and desire a home birth; we have only wonderful stories of coverage from both companies, and your entire birth will be covered. You must have been insured by them 3 months prior to conception for the pregnancy to be covered.
